He is experienced in leading complicated and challenging multicultural team and multifunctional products to focus and success.

Yossi Shalev, M.Sc. - CTOYossi Shalev brings 16 years of R&D, mechanical design, project management and team leadership experience in the medical-device and electro-optics industries. Yossi holds a B.Sc. from Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, and an M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Guide-In, Yossi served as a mechanical team-leader in Medingo which developed the smallest innovative Insulin-pump and was acquired by Roche in 2010. He also served as the R&D mechanics leader of Pebbles-Interfaces, which developed an innovative 3D-Gesture Sensor and was acquired by Facebook in 2015.

Nizar Mishael, Guide-In-Medical's CPA, MBA – CFONizar has hands-on financial management experience at all levels: from seed investment through early and late financial rounds. He served as managing partner and CFO of NGT3vc early stage fund. Nizar is a certified CPA and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University’s Recanati program.

Elchanan FriedDr. Fried is the head of the ICU at Hadassah Medical Center, Mt. Scopus, Jerusalem. He had his residency and a fellowship in Hadassah's medical centers, and a critical care fellowship in Toronto, Canada. He was an instructor and physician in the medical corps of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Elchanan has great knowledge, skill and expertise in emergency medicine.
