Zohar Gendler, M.Sc. – NGT3VC CEOFormer CEO and Director of Beta-O2 Technologies for a period of 8 years, Mr. Gendler raised the company to one of the world's leading positioning in the field. He served as CEO of the Technion Entrepreneurial Incubator (TEIC) for a period of 11 years and has led the establishment and investment in more than 40 companies, such as Prolor Biotech (sold to Opko, NYSE: OPK, for $480M in August 2014), Mazor Robotics (NASDAQ: MZOR, TASE: MZOR.TA, www.mazorrobotics.com), ReWalk (NASDAQ: RWLK, www.rewalk.com), Corindus (www.corindus.com), Regentis (www.regentis.co.il), BEE (www.beei.com) and many others. Gained a wide range of experience in identifying new technologies and in establishing, directing, and creating value for technology-based start-up companies.

Mr. Gendler served on the Technion’s Patent Committee (1998 – 2006). He earned his M.Sc. in material engineering, a B.Sc. in physics, and a certificate in business management, all from the Technion, Haifa, Israel.

Dr. Arie Ben Josef - NGT3VC CTOWith over 20 years of managerial experience in the medical device and healthcare industries, Dr. Ben-Josef is the former CEO of ETView Medical, an airway management medical device company which he took public in 2010 (TLV: ETVW) leading to three consecutive public offerings. Former Medical Director at Itamar Medical Inc. (Framingham, MA), a US subsidiary of an Israeli publicly traded medical device company (TLV: ITMR). Former VP of Corporate Affairs and IP at X-Technologies Inc., a US medical device company acquired by Guidant Corp. in 2003.

Dr. Zeev Goldik, M.D, - President, European Society of Anesthesiology Dr. Zeev Goldik became President of the European Society of Anesthesiology in January 2016. Dr. Goldik is head of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at the Carmel Medical Center in Haifa, Israel and former vice director of the hospital. He is Chairman of the Council for European Specialist Medical Assessment (CESMA), and Past President of the Israel Society of Anesthesiologists.

Itai Hayut, M.Sc. - Co-Founder & Technology AdvisorItai has broad experience in medical R&D. He is a PhD candidate in electro-optics.
